Stephen has over 30 years of experience in project and facilities management, with a strong focus on commercial interiors. Because he has spent his career working across a wide range of commercial projects, he understands what clients need and how to deliver it. Since leading Commercial Building Solutions for over a decade, he has built the business on one simple principle: understand what each client needs and deliver the best possible solution. That clarity and consistency is what keeps clients coming back.

Stephen Crippen

Graham has over 35 years of experience in sales and business development, specialising in commercial refurbishment, lighting, office furniture and glazing. Although his technical knowledge is extensive, what sets Graham apart is his focus on people. He takes pride in building genuine, long-term relationships with clients, because he believes the best results come when you truly understand the business behind the project.

Aaron leads project delivery on the ground, working directly with clients across the South from initial planning through to completion. Because he is present on site throughout, he maintains clear communication at every stage. Since every project brings its own challenges, Aaron's focus on minimal disruption and consistent quality means clients always know what to expect and when to expect it.

Gordon has spent over 30 years delivering office refurbishments and fitouts, ranging from single-item requests to complete shell-to-workspace transformations. After running his own company, he joined Commercial Building Solutions because he wanted to continue doing what he does best. Since joining the team, he has been an invaluable source of practical knowledge and guidance for both clients and colleagues.
